OR Nurse Supervisor

Overview Step into a career-defining role as an OR Nurse Supervisor at a hospital in Southern Central Louisiana within an expansive hospital network at a 150+ bed hospital delivering top-tier surgical care. Responsibilities Within the Surgical Services Department, the OR Nurse Supervisor will help drive high-acuity perioperative care across the operating room, pre-op, PACU, and sterile processing touchpoints, leveraging modern suites, efficient turnover practices, enhanced infection prevention, and specialty service lines spanning general, orthopedics, women’s health, pediatrics, ENT, and more. Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, the OR Nurse Supervisor will lead and support charge RNs, collaborate closely with anesthesia, surgeons, SPD, and materials management.
