We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams while keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. If you’re a strong leader with technical know-how who enjoys working with people and solving problems, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. What You’ll Do

Lead & Mentor Your Team – Supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry staff while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Keep Our Community Running – Maintain buildings, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, appliances, and equipment.
Manage Safety & Compliance – Oversee inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and applicable safety and building requirements.
Prepare for Move-Ins – Ensure resident suites are ready and coordinate maintenance needs for move-ins and move-outs.
Manage Vendors & Budgets – Work with contractors and vendors while effectively managing maintenance expenses.
Support Residents & Staff – Respond promptly to maintenance needs and help create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on, dependable, and team-oriented leadership style.
Flexibility to respond to emergencies and changing community needs.
