Brand Image Manager

The Brand Image Manager is responsible for product presentation, creative rigging, and styling across store environments. This role manages seasonal floor moves and mapping while partnering with store leaders to support brand standards, client engagement, and store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal floor moves and floor mapping for all brands in the home store and region.
• Support rigging, styling, and logistics for interior and window changeovers.
• Partner with store directors and department managers to coordinate execution and uphold brand standards.
• Train and mentor store sales teams and Brand Image direct reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, product launches, and special projects.
• Provide feedback to cross-functional partners to improve presentation standards and operational processes.
