Food & Beverage Manager – Hotel We are seeking a hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to help rebuild and lead the food and beverage operations at a full-service hotel in the Andover, MA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, establishing procedures, and creating memorable guest experiences. What You’ll Do Oversee two restaurant outlets and banquet operations Lead and develop approximately 25–50 front- and back-of-house employees Manage events ranging from small corporate meetings to large ballroom functions Re-establish operating procedures and service standards Oversee BEO execution, inventory, labor, beverage costs, and revenue goals Recruit, train, and build a successful food and beverage team What We’re Looking For Hotel food and beverage or banquet management experience Proven success building and developing teams Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations Hands‑on, guest‑focused leadership style Experience managing labor, inventory, beverage costs, and operational standards Ability to thrive in an operation undergoing positive change and growth Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 , based on experience Monthly performance‑based bonus Health benefits Paid vacation Opportunities for professional growth If you are a motivated hospitality leader who enjoys building strong operations and teams, we would love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
