Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Utilize product knowledge and expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect Mercedes-Benz vehicle to meet their needs.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the performance and features of our vehicles.
• Navigate the sales process with integrity and transparency, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest Mercedes-Benz products, technologies, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Stay updated with the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
