Data Platform Administrator

Leading the administration and operational support of enterprise data platforms, the full-time remote Data Platform Administrator will manage Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services while ensuring platform reliability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, governance, and operational support of enterprise data platforms Oversee Change Management and Release Management processes, ensuring deployment planning and post-release validation Coordinate cross-functional teams during critical production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms, platform engineering, or data operations Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure data platforms in production environments Proven experience as a Data Platform Administrator or similar role with a focus on operational excellence Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned operational processes, including Incident and Change Management
