Position Dispatcher Pay Rate: $23.00–$26.00 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full‑Time (On‑site only; flexible scheduling required) Location: El Paso Branch, San Francisco (also Santa Clara, CA 95054) Responsibilities and Duties Ensure all bookings are dispatched in accordance with company policy. Ensure that all customers are picked up in a timely manner. Always know the location of all vehicles while dispatching. Keep dispatch screen updated and coded accurately at all times. Communicate all changes and details with chauffeurs, lead dispatcher, and any other appropriate personnel. Oversee the check‑in and check‑out of vehicles and equipment while communicating necessary repairs, damage, loss, or abuse. Interact with office staff, managers, customers, and chauffeurs to accommodate any special requests pertaining to certain jobs. Take customer calls that include reservations, changes, and/or cancellations. Handle customer complaints courteously and efficiently while forwarding the call or information to the proper individual(s). Report an issue with a reservation by creating an incident report. Coordinate rental vehicles when needed. Qualifications Knowledge of the San Jose & San Francisco area is required. Knowledge of airports, hotels, landmarks, and entertainment venues. Knowledge of Santa Cruz software is preferred. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment while completing all tasks. Computer literate, able to update flights, maps, etc. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make quick and precise decisions. Experience in chauffeured transportation and/or fixed route shuttle industry is a plus. Benefits Health Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Time‑Off Policies, and a Sign‑On Bonus for full‑time candidates.
