Internship Overview Leasing (2 – 3 interns). Responsibilities include assistance to our sales team, research and creation of market studies, retail market analysis, competitor retailer information, site feasibility studies, and presentations. Interns will provide detailed activity reports and attend meetings with prospective tenants. Position Requirements Candidates must have an outstanding professional appearance and manner, with great people skills, be outgoing, competitive, analytical, self‑motivated, well organized, and highly energetic. Exceptional verbal and accurate written communication skills. Additional Requirements Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
