Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. A Life & Health Insurance license is required. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated.
