This role will focus specifically on data initiatives relating to our Risk, Trust and Operations business units. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment working with teams and stakeholders across the business to define our next generation of data products. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to playCollaborate with teams from all around the business to understand data challenges and opportunities, with a particular emphasis in the Risk, Trust and Operations business unitsLead elicitation of requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program prioritiesTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.Partner closely with our Data Engineering teams to deliver value through dataEstablish and maintain domain expertise on the productBring fresh ideas to the table when working to solve business problems, using your understanding of the of Risk, Trust and Operations business units to generate innovative solutionsPartner with Data Engineering teams to define solutions and approachesBe an enabling force that drives effective and sustainable evolution of the various data products we can offer in Risk, Trust and Operations spacesTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering impactful data productsExperience working with data warehouse and data pipeline technologiesIs used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities changeExperience designing data strategies for both automated and self-service reporting and/or analyticsExperience using SQL, Python and a variety of reporting and data visualization tools. Familiarity with streaming and Lake House architecture preferredA self-starter able to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile teamExceptional analysis skillsExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshopsDrives high standards for individual accomplishment and works to meet or exceed challenging goalsHigh level of self-awareness displayed and good understanding of the behavior relating to the environmentAbility to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen ABOUT FANDUELFanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
