• \t2+ years of Accounts Payable experience\n•\tExcellent data entry speed and accuracy (typing assessment required)\n•\tHigh-volume invoice processing experience\n•\tStrong Excel skills\n•\tBank reconciliation experience\n•\tStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n•\tAbility to support multiple stakeholders and work in a team environment
• \tEnter and process a high volume of invoices daily\n•\tMaintain AP records and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time\n•\tResolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries\n•\tReconcile vendor payments and bank accounts\n•\tMaintain vendor files and supporting documentation\n•\tPrepare reports for management\n•\tSupport 5 Property Accountants with accounting-related tasks\n•\tAssist with bookkeeping for multiple properties\n•\tEnter cash receipts and support cash flow management\n•\tPerform account reconciliations and post journal entries\n•\tOpportunity to grow into additional property accounting responsibilities over time
