Job Highlights

• Ensure security and safety across all spaces at the Obama Presidential Center
• Oversee and direct security personnel, including training, evaluation, and shift scheduling
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address staff issues or concerns
• Manage the security operations center and utilize security technology to protect visitors, staff, property, and officers

Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of previous security experience including leading a team
• Active PERC
• In-depth knowledge of security procedures, technology systems, risk assessment, emergency response, and administrative tasks (scheduling, entering time off, etc.)
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED required
