BG Staffing is looking for a reliable Make-Ready Technician to support a busy apartment community in South Park Township, PA. If youâre hands-on, dependable, and ready to workâthis is your opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact.
🔑 WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING
As a Make-Ready Tech, youâll focus on getting units prepped, polished, and ready for new residents:
- Completing apartment turns (make-readies)
- Painting, patching, and touch-ups
- Basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Cleaning and prepping units for move-in readiness
- Identifying and addressing small issues before final inspection
- Working independently to keep units moving through the pipeline
â WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work:
- Experience with make-readies, turns, or general maintenance
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong work ethic and consistent reliability
- Basic knowledge of apartment repairs and unit prep
🚗 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ)
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- â Have a valid driverâs license
- â Provide proof of active car insurance
- â Pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
- â Complete a Background Attestation Form (sent at confirmation)
These steps are required as part of the onboarding process.
