Supply Chain Manager - Direct Hire

Location: On-Site | Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, and material planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are available on time to support production and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
Negotiate with suppliers and improve supplier performance.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce shortages or excess stock.
Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system data.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.
Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or procurement experience in manufacturing.
Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
Supplier management and negotiation experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP).
Experience with AS9100 quality systems or CNC manufacturing.

**Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR requirement).**
