Role Overview
The Print Production Manager owns our digital print floor. You manage our Barberan digital printer , the team that runs systems that keep them This is a hands them, and the producing at full on leadership role.

• Run daily maintenance and keep printers in peak operating condition

• Train and manage seasonal help during peak windows • Train new operators and cross train existing team members
• Create systems and processes that improve throughput and quality ◦ Partner with logistics to make sure printed product flows to fulfillment
Requirements
• CMYK UV print background leadership and team
• Strong management skills ◦ Works well with others and builds team chemistry
• Hands on operator who is comfortable running a printer daily • Skilled at training others and documenting processes'
