Field Training & Engagement Manager - Overland Park, KS

Field Digital Training Manager at Hill’s (a Colgate‑Palmolive company). The role focuses on strategy, development, and execution of multi‑platform educational content to support field teams, including Territory Managers, Professional Consulting Veterinarians, and the CLA teams. Content spans synchronous and asynchronous training, in‑person, virtual, digital formats, and gamification. The strategy is data‑driven and outcome‑focused, aimed at driving sales, earning veterinary recommendations, and growing market share. Primary Responsibilities Develop educational strategy, content, and digital assets, including “Beyond Product Value Presentations”; train field teams on utilization. Work closely with the Field Digital Training Manager to develop and execute strategies for internal education, skill development, and learning validation. Deliver internal training materials such as documents, presentations, videos, podcasts, and activities to equip customer‑facing teams. Focus training on foundational knowledge, product superiority, technical understanding of new product innovation, and flawless execution of commercial initiatives. Validate learning through mechanisms such as digital quizzing and provide actionable feedback to learners, coaches, and managers. Manage availability and access to on‑demand learning materials, including integration into the Learning Management System. Align internal educational strategies with overall U.S. company goals, coordinating timing with commercial/education grids. Partner with internal subject matter experts for accurate technical material and messaging. Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement. Promote a culture of coaching and continuous learning. Maintain materials for Nutritional Advocated for Veterinary Professional, ensuring CRGT review and RACE accreditation. Training Initiatives Management Partner with cross‑functional teams on company‑wide training initiatives and events (National Commercial Experience, District Meetings, Field Communication Call, Field Vet Call). Support messaging and updates to field regarding product changes, improvements, and assortment variance. Oversee deployment of training related to new technical tools for internal and customer use, including digital/web tools. Qualifications DVM or VMD with a current active license in one state. Minimum 6 years in veterinary medical practice or industry. Minimum 2 years in customer‑facing executional roles. Experience with adult learning and training. Experience with educational writing, digital content development, and/or learning management systems (LMS). Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in communication or a related field. Undergraduate degree in training or a related field. Sales, marketing, or digital marketing experience. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $109,600.00 – $155,000.00 USD. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.
