CO-Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Western Colorado premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist Traveler to work Inpatient (Inpatient -CCU, AC and Day Surgery).
Work 5x8-hour days.
This Traveler Assignment is covering a leave that will end around 5/14/2027.
In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Schedule: Working 5-8 hour days/week.
Possible Housing Opportunity: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1790/month (studio) $1980 /month (small1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
- At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
- BLS through the American Heart Association.
- Flu Vaccination (mandatory) no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1
