Job Posting Cecil E. Gray Middle School The hours for this position are 8:00-4:30 Our school secretary is an vital part of our school. They have many responsibilities that require a high level of organization, computer skills beyond just basic capabilities, excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional, friendly and approachable demeanor at all times while assisting parents, students, teachers, administration and others. Some of the responsibilities for this position are as follows: Processing payroll. Substitutes, both securing them for the days needs and coordinating with them when they arrive and throughout the day. Review and approve time sheets, time off entries. Work closely with the admin team on various projects. They are the back up to the front office and assist students with their medication needs when the nurse is out. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using Focus, Syward Business, Red Rover, Canva, Office Docs, Sheets and Slides.
