Assistant Controller

Responsibilities Oversee fund accounting operations and support financial reporting to investors. Work closely with the leadership team to drive efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and ensure timely, accurate results. Mentor and develop junior staff, manage external relationships with service providers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that position the business for long-term success. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally with a background in alternative investments, financial services, or Big 4 public accounting. CPA is required. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
