We're looking for a warm, professional, and self-motivated Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our office. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and visitors — setting the tone for every interaction. This isn't just a receptionist role; it's an opportunity to make a real impact on how our office runs day to day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM | Lunch 12:00–12:45 PM
What You'll Do- Greet and assist homeowners, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and manage front desk communications
- Organize, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Administer gate access devices and coordinate resident pickups
- Accept walk-in payments and hold checks for authorized pickup
- Assist with gate access — unlocking at 8:00 AM and securing at 4:00 PM
- Enter and maintain records in our property management software (training provided)
- Support management and accounting staff by facilitating smooth handoffs and communication
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and workflows
- Lift and move packages or materials up to approximately 30 lbs as needed
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Independent and self-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Reliable with a strong track record of job stability and commitment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Comfortable learning new software (experience with property management platforms a plus)
- No prior experience required — we'll train the right person

Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $18.00/hour
