Role Overview We are recruiting Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) to partner with our behavioral health team in the greater Rockford market. In this role you will provide psychiatric health care, including evaluations, treatment planning, medication management and psychotherapy. Responsibilities Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management, monitoring, and follow‑up care. Offer supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system. Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to coordinate care. Participate in measurement‑based care to track outcomes. Work hybrid schedule: 3 onsite days/2 telehealth days (or 4‑day work week possible). Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Illinois. Active DEA and CDS licenses. Proficiency with EMR systems. Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Passion for high‑quality care. Experience in an outpatient APP role preferred (minimum 1 year).
