Senior Channel Marketing Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead our localized marketing efforts in the US Tool Truck sector. This role will focus on deepening our existing partnership with Cornwell Quality Tools, securing and onboarding the newly established Matco Tools channel (targeted by Aug 31), and expanding into Mac Tools. The ideal candidate will be the strategic anchor in Ohio, managing alliance relationships and driving sell-out velocity across 145+ current truck networks. About the Role Key Responsibilities: Alliance Management: Serve as the primary local point of contact for Cornwell, Matco, and Mac Tools headquarters in Ohio. Maintain high-level relationships with their purchasing managers and regional directors. Joint Marketing Strategy: Design and execute customized "Flyer Programs," quarterly promotional calendars, and exclusive product bundles tailored for each tool truck alliance. Budget & ROI Management: Oversee a multi-million RMB ($550K+ USD) marketing budget. Allocate funds efficiently across NHRA sponsorship activation, PTEN media exposure, and Tool Fairs (Cornwell/Matco/Medco annual rallies). Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the local Field Marketing Specialist, setting clear KPIs for truck coverage and regional sales growth. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of channel marketing or sales experience specifically within the US Automotive Aftermarket, Mobile Tool Truck networks (Snap-on, Matco, Mac, Cornwell), or Tier-1 Hand Tool brands (Milwaukee, DeWalt). Must possess existing, verifiable relationships with key decision-makers or regional managers within Cornwell, Matco, or Mac Tools. Proven experience managing large-scale trade show booths and sponsorship activations (e.g., NHRA, industry expos). Strong capability to work independently under a cross-border reporting structure. Required Skills Strong relationship management skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Preferred Skills Experience in the US Automotive Aftermarket. Familiarity with tool truck networks.
