Senior Site Physician: Geriatric Care Leader

CenterLight Health System seeks a Site Physician to oversee medical care at the Day Treatment Center in Brooklyn/ Bronx, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours weekly. You will direct clinical care, supervise staff, and coordinate with NP and other providers to improve quality, utilization, and patient engagement.
