Interior Designer

You'll move between design, project management, and client work, so strong time management and the ability to pivot are a must. Who you are Experienced and self-directed. You can take a project from concept to completion without someone checking your work at every step. Honest and accountable. You treat each client's investment like your own. When something goes wrong, you own it, fix it, and keep going. Detail-obsessed. You notice the wrong hinge finish, the dimension that's an inch off, and the lead time that doesn't add up. You build systems so small things don't turn into big problems. Just as comfortable on a job site as in a client presentation. You know the full project arc, from programming and schematic design through CDs, contractor coordination, and punch list. An FF&E and procurement pro. You know the vendors and the lead times, and you handle sourcing through installation with precision. When a fabric is discontinued or a shipment is late, you stay calm and keep the client confident. A trust builder. Clients, vendors, trade reps, and teammates rely on you because you communicate clearly, follow through, and do what you say you'll do. You know strong relationships are what great design is built on. Always learning. You keep up with trends, codes, and materials because you're curious, not because you have to. Room to grow We're a growing firm, and there's a real path to more ownership here. If you're interested in building relationships, attending industry events, and helping bring in new work, we'll support you in that. What you bring 4+ years of interior design experience, with a commercial and residential portfolio End-to-end project management, from concept through construction administration and install Working knowledge of construction documents, specs, codes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Deep FF&E and procurement experience, plus strong trade vendor relationships Skill managing budgets, timelines, and contractors Strong client communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Canva, Google Docs, and Alcove Compensation: $60,000-80,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonus 2 weeks paid time off, accrued What you're joining You'll join a close-knit team that holds a high standard, celebrates each other's wins, and does meaningful work together.
