We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. As a Registered Dental Assistant at Bond Family Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring patients have a comfortable and positive experience. This full-time position offers a unique alternating schedule that provides a 4‑day weekend every other week, promoting a healthy work‑life balance. Pay: $26 - $28 per hour Requirements Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (required) CPR Certification (required) Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in dental assisting is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during patient procedures, including setup and instrument handling Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Take and process dental x-rays as needed Provide patient education and support throughout treatments Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures Manage dental supplies inventory and ensure equipment is functioning properly Follow all safety and health regulations, including CPR and AED protocols Salary Details Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
