Content Creator - Videographer/Photographer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of digital media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys balancing creativity with organization. As a direct contributor to our marketing efforts, you will play a vital role in developing and managing content that supports brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in videography, social media, and digital storytelling. What you'll do Support content planning and scheduling in coordination with internal calendars Assist with filming and editing short-form content for social media Publish and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly while staying within brand guidelines Create and post engaging story content using a variety of formats Collaborate with team members to plan weekly themes and featured content Engage with the community through DMs and comments, escalating when necessary Contribute to email campaign creation and scheduling Track content performance and help compile monthly reports Support additional creative and marketing tasks as needed What we're looking for Must be located in the St. Louis area Must have your own camera equipment Proficient in Canva (required) Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) Experience managing and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Skilled in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong data reporting and analytics abilities Familiar with Constant Contact or similar email marketing tools Excellent multitasking and follow-up abilities Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills Creative thinker with a team-first mindset Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, luxury automotive environment Opportunity to contribute directly to brand growth and customer experience Weekly leadership check-ins for personal and professional development Join a high-performing team Closing The atmosphere at RP Exotics is always striving for effective and efficient workflow procedures so a candidate with an eagerness to learn yet a flexible attitude for change is key.
