About the Role:
NY Poke Holdings LLC is looking for an energetic and passionate Crew Member to join our team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout the ordering process
• Prepare fresh poke bowls and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Operate POS systems to process customer orders and payments accurately
• Keep the dining area, prep stations, and kitchen clean and organized
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
