Customer Service RepresentativeWoods Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for a high‑energy, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you're positive, team‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to meet you.Learn more about who we are: -usAbout the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential.Pay & BenefitsPay: $18.00-$23.00 per hourBonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales & follow-up salesBenefits include:Medical (75% employer-paid)Dental & VisionPTOPaid VacationPaid HolidaysScheduleMultiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am-8:00pm)Current opening: 11:00am-8:00pmQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of related experience preferred (not required)Dispatching experience is a plusExperience with Service Titan is a strong plus"Can‑do" attitude and strong customer service skillsHighly proficient computer and typing skillsAbility to work well in a fast‑paced environmentStrong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skillsExperience handling a multi-line phone systemGood geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skillsAbility to support on-call dispatching duties as needed
