Job Description

Lead an organization that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for the Internal Oracle SDLC. The team owns the Source Code Management system and pull request experience and will integrate AI to enhance the developer experience with opportunities to grow into adjacent functional areas. The role develops a roadmap with a vision for the space to excite Oracle’s development staff.

Responsibilities

As the director of the software engineering division, you will apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage development tasks, develop, debug or design software applications according to specifications, build enhancements within the existing architecture, envision future improvements, maintain project roadmaps and deliver on time, and grow a team of engineers, teaching best practices and supporting career development.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflecting Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
