ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer's expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy Strictly adheres to all posted procedures Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred) Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math Able to read and understand instructions in English Strong quality and productivity orientation Able to maneuver in aisles 36\" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders) May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred) Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job Ability to work overtime and weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
