Join our dynamic METAL RECYCLING team in Warrensville Heights, OH, as a CDL B driver with Roll-off and Manual Transmission Experience! We are looking for a dedicated and skilled driver who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road. Responsibilities- Operate roll-off trucks with manual transmissions safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding schedules and any potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating roll-off trucks with 10-speed manual transmission.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
You should be proficient in:
- Current CDL License
