This role will provide mainframe security administration, application support, production support, and general mainframe operations assistance.ResponsibilitiesProvide CA Top Secret administration and security supportProcess and manage access requests, including adds, changes, and removalsTroubleshoot access and authentication issuesSupport Natural/COBOL applications, including incident resolution, maintenance, and minor enhancementsWork ticket queues covering incidents, requests, and service tasksSupport general mainframe operations, including batch support and production issuesAssist with audit requests and access reviewsEnsure application access aligns with Top Secret controlsSupport enterprise mainframe key rotation activities performed twice annuallyPerform mainframe certificate renewalsProvide started task account supportSupport batch processing and job scheduling using CA7Required QualificationsStrong CA Top Secret experienceIBM mainframe (z/OS) experienceNatural/COBOL experienceMainframe security administration backgroundExperience working in a ticket-driven support modelFamiliarity with access provisioning and IAM conceptsJCL experienceCA7/batch scheduling experiencePreferred QualificationsRACF or ACF2 experienceExperience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, NetIQ, or similarAudit/compliance experienceSFDC experienceAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
