What You'll Do As a Juiced Fuel Sales Representative, you'll help grow our Houston market by introducing local businesses to our mobile fueling solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll: Identify and connect with businesses that operate vehicle fleets Prospect and generate new sales opportunities Meet with owners, managers, and decision-makers Present Juiced Fuel's services and value proposition Build relationships and earn customer trust Guide new customers through the onboarding process Partner with our operations team to ensure a great customer experience Develop a strong local customer base that generates recurring fuel sales Every customer you bring on board helps build our market presence, increase route density, and strengthen Juiced Fuel's position as Houston's preferred mobile fueling provider. Your First 90 Days We understand that building a new market takes time. During your first three months, you'll focus on learning our business, developing sales skills, building relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of opportunities. Development Milestones Months 1-3 Complete onboarding and sales training Build a qualified prospect pipeline Close 4-6 new customers Months 4-6 Consistently generate new business opportunities Average 2-3 new customers per month Continue growing territory relationships Month 7 and Beyond Reach full production Average one new qualified customer each week Build a strong foundation for long-term earning potential and career advancement Throughout this journey, you'll receive coaching, mentorship, ride‑alongs, and ongoing development from leadership.
