Job TitleJob Description: ResponsibilitiesWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersSkills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field5+ years of experience in technical program managementExperience in Digital Marketing highly preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationProgram Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is a plusCSM Scrum Certification is a plusSAFE Certification is a plusExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExperience in managing stakeholdersWorking knowledge of technical areas spanning Infrastructure, Security, Application development and ERP Implementations.Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesMust be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English Samprasoft
