Litigation and Employment Paralegal

To support the Company's global employment law function, the full-time Litigation and Employment Paralegal will manage employment litigation, e-discovery, and legal documentation while working remotely across various locations. Key responsibilities Maintain employment litigation trackers and coordinate litigation holds and preservation activities Support employment-related due diligence and integration projects for mergers and acquisitions Organize and manage legal documentation, project plans, and communication with internal stakeholders and external counsel Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting employment/HR law and litigation Exceptional organizational and project-management skills Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate preferred
