The selected candidate will sell the Xerox portfolio of digital services, software, technology, and services. Key to this role is the ability to build new business relationships and expand Xerox wallet-share within a defined federal customer base.This role involves significant travel. Open to candidates located in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, or Missouri. Overview:The Federal Client Manager is responsible for driving business within your established territory. The job requires the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external customers leading to sound business decisions. The candidate must have highly effective business communication skills to drive consistent follow-up and follow through with customers and internal Xerox personnel. You will use industry sector experience and client knowledge to assess client’s unique industry, business and IT environment needs to match Xerox product offerings.Responsibilities:Accurate pipeline creation, maintenance, and forecastingGrow sales of Xerox software, technology, IT Solutions and services in your assigned territoryAchievement of annual sales plan for new business, software, services, and technologyNew business growth along with retention and growth of the Xerox product portfolio within your existing customer baseEffectively grow and manage relationships with federal government customers within your assigned territoryDevelop working knowledge of government contract vehicles in partnership with the Xerox Center of ExcellenceDevelop the skills to respond to government request for proposals with the help of the Xerox bid centerDevelop the skills to effectively use the Xerox order entry systemLeading Territory business reviews.Partner with internal support partners to deliver customer quarterly business reviews which focus on contract performance and Xerox innovation Maintain and improve knowledge of the Xerox product portfolio by completing Xerox training and effectively putting those trainings into your daily business practicesDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceSoftware/Hardware sales experience focusing on strategic account management within the federal or public sector marketplaceAbility to build strong relationship with federal government customersExperience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (like D365 or Salesforce)Experience using Pipeline Management and analytic toolsExperience using Microsoft Products (like Excel, Outlook etc)#LI-LL1#LI-HYBRID
