We are driven by a commitment to innovation, safety, sustainability, and executional excellence.Job DutiesCollaborate with the Project Manager to establish a clear scope of work, logistics, and mode of operations.Manage dive team and responsible for the safety of each member.Ensure understanding and compliance with OSHA, EM-385, and ADCI regulations.Maintain daily reports.Lead and perform underwater construction projects.Communicate with Project Managers and some communication with clients/stakeholders.Required Qualifications8+ years of industry experience (7+ considered with strong qualifications)Dive Diploma from an ADCI-accredited diving educational institutionCurrent dive physicalCurrent ADCI Dive Supervisor certificationCurrent driver's licenseOSHA 30-hour certificateOxygen Provider, First Aid, CPR, & AED certificationBoat LicenseConfined space / fall arrest certificationAbility to obtain or currently hold a valid TWIC cardExpert at all diving tasksExpert in the operation and troubleshooting of all life support equipmentQualified vessel operatorAble to manage projectsAble to teach and supervise others, including proper techniques for setting up and operating dive stations and support equipmentQualify as a diver on an EM-385 Dive PlanPreferred QualificationsFive (5) or more current extended trainings, such as:NHI Underwater InspectionNHI 2-week Bridge InspectionASDSO Dam SafetyNCCCO RiggerCaptain's LicenseAdditional advanced certifications or specialized training
