This position is a true leadership role , partnering closely with the General Manager and serving as the person who sets the tone, pace, and performance of the store.

What Winning Looks Like in This Role

You are not here to assistyou are here to lead shifts, drive performance, and own outcomes .

You will:

• Take full ownership of your shifts leading the team, making decisions, and driving results
• Hit daily and weekly sales and performance targets
• Coach and develop a team of 815 associates to deliver fast, friendly service
• Maintain a full, clean, and highly shoppable sales floor at all times
• Execute product drops, promotions, and merchandising strategies with urgency
• Keep the buy counter running efficiently while ensuring strong inventory flow
• Step in wherever needed you set the standard for the team

Leadership & Team Development

• Build a culture of accountability, energy, and results
• Coach in real-timerecognize wins and address performance gaps quickly
• Support hiring, training, and developing future leaders
• Lead by example your pace becomes the stores pace

Operations & Execution

• Own daily operations: opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling support
• Evaluate incoming product with confidence and consistency
• Ensure strong merchandising and inventory flow at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail or customer-facing experience
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable handling cash and store operations
• Flexible schedule (weekends and some holidays required)
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs
