Customer Service Representative

Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local company in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Send out pre-formatted bid request emails for projects

• Manage and track bid submissions via Outlook and internal systems

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to follow up on bids and gather information

• Maintain organized records of bid communications and responses

• Communicate effectively via email and phone with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Utilize technology efficiently to manage workflow and track bid progress

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Salary & Schedule:

$20 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
