PERM Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist (New Grads & Experienced Welcome) Location: Pleasant Hill, California Company: Talented Medical Solutions Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time) Pay Range: $60 – $65 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with a variety of physical conditions. This role is ideal for both newly licensed graduates looking to build their clinical skills and experienced therapists seeking a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship/support available Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings (for experienced candidates) Familiarity with EMR systems Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($60 – $65) Supportive work environment with opportunities for mentorship Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented Medical Solutions
