Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates patient care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Qualifications & Skills Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in the state or compact licensure. Must meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and performing various physical movements. Certifications & Experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on the unit or role. Preferred experience and certifications may enhance qualification. Key Duties Deliver quality patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Perform duties in alignment with organizational standards, values, and mission.
