Location: Nashville, TN — Brand New Office!
Full-Time
Chariot Logistics is expanding — and we’re looking for ambitious, high-energy professionals to join our Carrier Sales team in our brand-new, modern office space in Nashville. What You’ll Do:- Build and manage relationships with carrier partners across the country
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective freight movement
- Track and trace shipments, proactively resolving service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Leverage AI and automation tools to efficiently source and book freight, freeing you up to focus on strategy and relationship-building
- Use technology and industry tools to grow carrier networks and streamline communication

Requirements: What We’re Looking For:- 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation
- Strong communicator and confident negotiator
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and working as part of a team
