Nurse Manager I, Hospital - Cath LabA large, integrated healthcare system is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead Cardiac Catheterization Lab operations at an acute-care hospital. The ideal candidate is a clinically strong cardiovascular nurse leader who can build team capability, drive quality outcomes, and manage a high-acuity procedural environment. This is a full-time leadership opportunity within a well-resourced, physician-partnered cardiovascular program.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and clinical leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab on a 24/7 basisManage staffing, on-call scheduling, and resource planning for a high-volume cath labLead, coach, and develop cath lab nursing and tech staff through performance management and mentorshipMonitor and drive quality metrics, patient safety outcomes, and infection control complianceCollaborate with cardiovascular physicians, surgeons, and hospital leadership on service line strategy and improvement initiativesOversee department budget including labor, supply chain, and capital equipment planningEnsure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state health department standardsManage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for all cath lab personnelLead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for adverse events and near missesServe as the primary clinical resource and escalation point for complex procedural or patient care issuesRequirementsCurrent RN licensure in the state of Oregon requiredMinimum of 3 years of cardiovascular or cath lab nursing experienceMinimum of 1 year of nursing leadership or charge nurse experienceStrong clinical knowledge of cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiology, and EP proceduresDemonstrated ability to lead and develop clinical teams in a high-acuity environmentStrong communication, organizational, and decision-making skillsBSN required; MSN preferredBLS and ACLS certification requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in a related field is preferredScreening QuestionsHow many years of experience do you have relevant to this Nurse Manager I, Hospital - Cath Lab role?Do you hold any required licenses or certifications for this position?Are you available to work onsite in Happy Valley, OR?
