If you're a compassionate professional who appreciates stimulating yet meaningful work, we warmly invite you to join our all-star team.Now Hiring LPNs for Day Shift (7am-7pm)!What You'll Do• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client• Provide patient education in individual and group settingsWhat We're Looking For• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania or compact licensure with multistate privileges• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferredWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 60 - bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
