Ventura, CA | BMI-PacWest, Inc. $80,000 - $150,000 annually | 40+ hours weekly Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you a driven B2B Sales Professional who loves winning new business and building lasting customer relationships?
BMI-PacWest is growing rapidly in Ventura County and is looking for a Commercial Sales Professional to take ownership of a local territory and drive new business with commercial and industrial customers.
No HVAC experience? No problem. We'll train you. We're looking for someone with a strong service sales record in the area, business savvy, curiosity, and the ability to show customers the financial value of making a change.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, connect with, and win new commercial accounts.
- Build relationships with owners, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through close.
- Develop consultative solutions that help customers reduce risk, control costs, and improve building comfort and air quality.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently generate new appointments.
- Travel throughout Ventura County and visit customer facilities as needed.

What You Bring
- Proven B2B service sales experience - Ventura County experience is a major plus.
- Strong communication, business, and relationship-building skills.
- A competitive, self-motivated approach to sales.
- Ability to sell value and build financially compelling business cases.
- Willingness to learn HVAC and commercial building systems.
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Comfortable working independently in an outside-sales environment.
