Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Location: Lake Worth, Florida
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

Palm Beach Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility . This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, quality resident care, financial performance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the 120-bed facility

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Lead, hire, train, and develop staff

• Maintain high standards of resident care and services

• Manage budgets and operational performance

• Address resident and family concerns professionally

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Partner with clinical and medical teams to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida LNHA license required

• Minimum 3 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Experience with budgets and financial reporting

• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
