A leading home infusion pharmacy is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist to provide per diem coverage supporting sterile compounding operations and patient-focused infusion therapy services. Schedule Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Coverage Dates June 13 – June 25, July 29 – August 5 Key Responsibilities Verify pharmaceutical products entering the clean room for sterile compounding Perform final checks on compounded sterile products (CSPs), including labels, fill volumes, and medications used Review outgoing patient shipments for accuracy and completeness Communicate with physicians, nurses, and patients regarding therapy plans, inventory, lab concerns, and medication compliance Handle incoming calls from medical offices, nursing agencies, and patients professionally and efficiently Qualifications Active North Carolina Pharmacist License BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred 2+ years of recent acute‑care pharmacy experience or 1+ year in home infusion therapy Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and intravenous therapy Experience with CPR+ software required This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with sterile compounding and infusion experience looking to contribute to high-quality patient care in a specialized pharmacy setting.
