Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure for Mississippi (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-centered approach, with a commitment to making a difference

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for each student
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings, supporting the planning and evaluation of services
• Stay informed of best practices in school-based speech-languag therapy
