Industrial Electrician

Industrial Electrician – Direct Hire | Full-Time

Pay: $45.45–$49.78/hour + Benefits

Location: Oak Creek - Wisconsin

Seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support production and maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, conveyors, packaging equipment, and process control systems to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and production equipment
• Work with PLCs, motors, relays, transformers, sensors, and control panels
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment changeovers
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Support safety programs including Lockout/Tagout and Arc Flash compliance
• Use CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance tracking and work orders

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of industrial electrician experience
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills
• Licensed Electrician/Master Electrician preferred
• Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls
