Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician

**Greater Tampa Area (Bartow, Mulberry, Plant City, Riverview, Lakeland)**Xylem is looking for an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our locations in Mulberry, FL and the surrounding areas by servicing and maintaining water and wastewater treatment equipment.**What Your Day Will Look Like as an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician**The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the on-site operation, electrical troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment equipment. This role focuses heavily on industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, instrumentation, and related components.Equipment-specific training will be provided. If you believe Xylem is the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply today.**Position Requirements for Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technicians*** High school diploma or equivalent* 2–5 years of technical experience in municipal, industrial, or commercial environments with a strong emphasis on electrical systems* Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment, including motors, starters, control panels, sensors, and associated components* Exposure to process water, wastewater, or other industrial equipment systems preferred* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams* Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize smart devices* Strong customer-facing and communication skills* Ability to identify and address potential safety concerns* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record**Compensation**The estimated pay range for this position is $28–$31 per hour.
